1 As you may well know, this is the "Poverty Palace" in all it's glory when we originally purchased it on June the 5th 1996. We completed the sale of the house and moved in on the 5th because it was our 3rd wedding anniversary.
2 Originally an open porch ran the width of the house. At some stage one of the owners had closed in the porch and then fitted a front door. The front door was cheap fly screen door that was 4 inches too short at the top. Every time the door closed. It felt as if the thing would fall out of the frame.
